Below is a summary of all the terms and conditions for you to study thoroughly when participating in a Lederne Kompetencecenter course.

Registration Terms
Please use the Lederne Kompetencecenter web site for signing up to our courses, training, and other events. As soon as we have processed your registration, you will receive a confirmation.

On most of our courses, number of participants is limited. We therefore recommend that you register yourself as soon as possible.

Also, in case you are to apply for an “SVU”-grant, you should contact us as soon as possible in order for you to avoid unnecessary delay in the processing.

In order for you to be eligible for an “SVU” grant, you must be a Danish citizen or registered with the Danish National Register of Persons (“Folkeregisteret”)
Being eligible for an “SVU” grant is subject to you being a Danish citizen or registered with the Danish National Register of Persons (“Folkeregisteret”). If this is not the case, if you are an EU or EEA citizen, you may apply for equal status with Danish citizens.

The form ”Ligestilling med danske statsborgere” according to EU rights as a commuter may be used for this purpose.

Working on the Faroe Islands or in Greenland
In case your place of work is located on the Faroe Islands or in Greenland, you are not eligible for an “SVU” grant. 

In case of registration less than four weeks before start of course and training with overnight stay, we cannot guarantee a room on course location.

Useful Information regarding Cancellation
Cancellation is subject to the following rules and regulations:

  • Cancellation or request for transfer must take place in writing at all times to: kurser@lederne.dk
  • Cancellation is free of charge until five weeks before start of course
  • In case of cancellation less than five weeks before start of course, 100 per cent of course fee is charged
  • Registration less than five weeks before start of course is considered binding
  • In case you are signed up for a 6-week training course aimed at obtaining employment, your registration is linked to your present unemployment situation, and consequently, cancellation more than five weeks before start of course is permitted.

Cancellation of ”Mit Lederskab” must take place in writing at all times to: mitlederskab@lederne.dk.

  • “Mit Lederskab” runs for one year at a time. Payment is on an annual basis, unless otherwise specifically agreed by mail with us. We notify the participant in writing 3 months before renewal.
  • You should note that a “Mit Lederskab” subscription is binding for 6 months. In case you have subscribed to “Mit Lederskab” and regret your subscription, a maximum of 6 months’ subscription fee is refunded.
  • If a “Mit Lederskab” participant obtains new employment during the subscription period, the company may transfer the remaining part of the paid “Mit Lederskab” period to a new employee. Please send information in writing to: mitlederskab@lederne.dk.


Cancellation in connection with free events is subject to the following rules and regulations:

  • In case you are prevented from participating, kindly let us know by email to: kurser@lederne.dk no later than 2 weekdays before the event
  • In case you fail to turn up without cancellation before deadline, we reserve the right to charge a fee of DKK 400 exclusive of VAT.
  • Registration less than 2 weekdays before the event is considered binding.


Changes
On a current basis, we develop our courses, training and other events, which is why the descriptions may be subject to changes.

We reserve the right to change time, venue, price, coach, and contents, including the right to cancel a course in case number of participants are less than presupposed.

Personal Data
In connection with your registration, we treat your personal data in accordance with our personal data policy, in order to ensure that personal information is processed in a safe and responsible manner. For further information on our personal data policy.

You should note than when participating in courses with other participants at Lederne Kompetencecenter, your name, job title, company, and contact details will appear from the list of participants, name tag, and place card. Some courses include the usage of digital learning platforms on which the above mentioned information might also be visible.

In connection with participation in qualifying training (academy courses, diploma courses, or similar accredited courses), personal data will be forwarded to the places of education and certification undertakings cooperating with Lederne Kompetencecenter. Personal data are shared exclusively to the extent required to comply with legal requirements, admission requirements related to education, or to ensure correct registration of education and/or certification achieved. Likewise, in case you are unemployed and your training is funded in accordance with the rules regarding the 6-week training course aimed at obtaining employment, personal data will be shared with your unemployment insurance fund (a-kasse) or your job center.

Further, you should note that during inspiration meetings and similar events, “live streaming”, photos or video recordings may be used and subsequently uploaded to our video site or used for marketing purposes. In case you wish to renounce this in the specific situation, please contact us.

Specifically for Lederne Kompetencecenter Customers – forwarding of Customer Data to Lederne
Lederne Kompetencecenter is a part of Lederne. If you participate in events, courses or training in the Kompetencecenter, your customer data will be shared with Lederne no later than two weeks following registration of your data by the Kompetencecenter.

In case you wish to renounce this, please send an email to: kursus@lederne.dk indicating ”No thanks to sharing data with Lederne” (”Nej tak til videregivelse af oplysninger til Lederne”).

Prices and Payment
Invoicing takes place immediately upon registration. If you are a member of Lederne, you should note that information on member discount (and consequently your membership) will appear from the invoice that is sent to your company.

In connection with participation in qualifying training (academy courses, diploma courses, or similar accredited course), invoice will be issued by the governmental place of education having the right to offer the education in question.


At Lederne Kompetencecenter we reserve the right to changes in prices, and we make reservations in terms of any misprints.

Terms of payment are two weeks net from date of invoice. In case of lack payment, interest will be accrued for each month started. You should note that in case of non-payment within deadline, this may result in exclusion from the purchased course and examination.
