You need to fill out a benefits card (also called a unemployment benefit card) every month in order to receive unemployment benefits. See how to do it here on this page

A benefits card is the form we use to calculate your unemployment benefits every month. On the benefits card, you need to provide information about your work hours, income, sickness, vacation, self-employment, etc. for the period.

It's important that you read the instructions on how to fill out the benefits card.

Please note that as your A-kasse, we automatically receive your tax card from SKAT.

You find your benefits card for unemployment benefits by logging in to Selvbetjeningen.

Fill in your benefit card

You fill out your benefits card by reporting the activities you have engaged in. By 'activities,' we mean the hours you have spent on wage work, vacation, sickness, or self-employment, which are deducted from your unemployment benefits.

If you have had activities, you answer 'yes.'

If you have not had activities, you answer 'no.'

You must also indicate whether you have performed voluntary unpaid work and whether you have another wage guarantee than Ledernes.

Send in your benefit card

After you have filled out your benefits card with the necessary information, remember to submit it. Once you have submitted your benefits card, you will receive a message at the top confirming that we have received your form.
