International Leadership Network in Copenhagen

This network is a community of professionals and individuals from different countries and industries who share a common interest in leadership development and cross-cultural collaboration.

The group meet every two months at various locations as hosted by individual members.

This network brings together leaders from various fields in business such as administration, finance, procurement, brand and marketing. The goal of the network is to create a platform for knowledge-sharing, peer to peer learning and mentorship.

Based in Copenhagen, the International Leadership Network group has been set up for two main demographics of Copenhagen based professionals.

  • Expatriates and new residents of Denmark: Assist and support in optimizing their professional experience into the Danish working culture, and also assist with giving members a better understanding of the Danish working culture
  • Danish Nationals: Those looking to better understand international business culture.

The group meet every two months at various locations hosted by individual members.

Each session will have a general topic of discussion with a guest speaker to also present on that topic.

Before applying for the network group, consider the following:

  • What is your purpose for participating in a network group?
  • What do you expect to gain from participating?
  • What will you be able to contribute?
  • How often can you meet, and are you willing to invest the necessary time?
  • Are you open and willing to share your issues with others?

How to join the network

Apply for Admission

Once you have identified the network you want to join, apply through our application form.

In your application, you need to provide:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your email
  • Your phone number
  • Your membership number
  • Your address Your local branch
  • Your professional and educational background
  • Your management experience
  • Your preferences for which network you want to be part of and what you can contribute

Please note that only members of Lederne can join our Leadership Network.

Your application is reviewed by the network leader

All our networks are run by volunteer network leaders who will review your application with their network. They will particularly check if there is a professional match with the network's participant requirements.

You get a response

You will receive a response to your application. Please note that it may take some time before you get a response. We always try to accommodate you in your desired network as much as possible, but there may be situations where you do not get your desired network. In such cases, we will try to find another suitable network for you.
